Holy Web Design Overload!
Web Design Overload…
Sometimes it is hard to find clients, other times there is just so much work to do there is little time to relax. I am in a period of web design overload! This is mostly my own doing as I decided to retool my own website while working on 6 different projects. This however is fine with me. Working a long day at the day job allows me some well-deserved time to release my creative energy. I have three projects that foster my most rich imaginative ideas. The first being my own website, Silvernail Web design was in need of some retooling. I decided to mix my art with my business casual look. The end result (still a work in progress) has exceeded my expectations and I plan to incorporate a daily blog and this post is the first in what I expect to be a vibrant story of my many challenges and successes that this career promises to bring.
The Second project is that of my good friend Carl Archer. He is an aspiring Elder Law Attorney who is about to embark on an adventure of entrepreneurial spirit and open his own law firm. He has retained me to create a professional well balanced web site that will impress his clients as well as speak of his experience and accomplishments. I love nothing more than to help my friends achieve their goals through my own creative outlets.
The Third project is proving to be a great imaginative yet tough project to accomplish. A longtime friend and excellent musician John Wilkey has spent 10 + years writing a graphic novel that is sure to captivate audiences from around the country and the world. He has asked me to be a part of his own wild imagination and create a website that not only embraces the concept of the novel but somehow brings it to life for the fans and reading audience. I am greatly honored to be a part of this project and can’t wait till the website gets off the ground and reaches a wide audience.
These current projects along with some of the smaller maintenance type jobs have completely grasped my attention and with that I leave you as I have some work to do!
